Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States. Orders placed before 1pm PT on a business day typically dispatch the same day; otherwise next business day. Free shipping on orders over $100; flat $9.99 below that threshold.

Temperature-sensitive products are shipped with insulated packaging and thermal indicators. Cold packs are added when transit conditions warrant.

Tracking information is emailed when your parcel leaves our facility. If tracking shows no movement after 3 business days, contact support and we'll investigate with the carrier.

We do not currently ship outside the United States. International availability is being evaluated and is contingent on customs and regulatory clearance per destination.

Outer packaging displays only generic shipping labels. No product names or branding are visible from outside the parcel.
