Refund Policy

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage or mismatched labeling. We'll issue a replacement or full refund, our choice of remedy.

If your order shows no tracking movement after 5 business days from dispatch, email support and we'll open a carrier claim and reship at no cost.

Due to the controlled nature of research compounds, we cannot accept returns of opened or unopened product after delivery. All sales are final unless covered by the cases above.

Orders can be cancelled and fully refunded any time before they enter the packing queue (typically within 4 hours of placement). Reach out to support to cancel.
