Our products are sold strictly for in-vitro and laboratory research use. They are not sold for human or animal consumption. Buyers must comply with applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
Every batch is tested by an independent third-party lab using HPLC for purity and mass spectrometry for identity. A Certificate of Analysis is generated per batch and made available before release.
Domestic orders placed before 1pm PT typically ship the same business day. We use insulated cold-chain packaging with thermal indicators and provide tracking on every shipment.
Due to the controlled nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once shipped. If a shipment arrives damaged or mislabeled, contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
We currently ship within the United States only. International availability is planned but contingent on customs and regulatory clearance per destination.
Once reconstituted in bacteriostatic water, refrigerate at 2–8°C and use within 30 days. Avoid prolonged warming and freeze-thaw cycles.
Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) and select cryptocurrencies. All card payments are processed securely through Stripe — your card details never touch our servers.
